Diane Pauline Bjerregaard Montgomery, 74, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.
Diane was born on June 30, 1944 in Ephraim, Utah, a daughter of Roy Fergus and Pauline Edwards Bjerregaard.
Diane graduated from Granite High School in 1962.
She married her sweetheart, Boyd F Montgomery on February 7, 1964 in the Salt Lake Temple.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Diane was a Lady Lion of the Lions Club Organization.
She loved to decorate cakes and pastries.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to Family and charitable donations made to Box Elder County Meals on Wheels.
The family would like to thank Drewes Floral, Ali's Angels, Primrose Hospice - Joel Trevino and his daughter, Becky Parker and Monty Melani, Brigham City Senior Center and Meals on Wheels, her senior companion, Sarah and Perry 5th Relief Society Sisters and for their loving care of Diane.
Surviving is her husband Boyd; five children: Jonathon (Sherri) Montgomery; Sharon (David) Neilson; David Montgomery; Terry (Julie) Montgomery; Michelle (Shawn) Stingham; 15 grandchildren, six great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother, Linda Bjerregaard; Christine (Steve) Winn; one sister-in-law Joyce Hart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Fergus Bjerregaard, and Pauline and Ken Hart, one brother, Verl Hart, one nephew Ben Winger.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Perry Stake Center, 685 West 2250 South and viewing will be held prior on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m.
Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Tremonton, Utah.
