HONEYVILLE - Our loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, Gerald Craig Hunsaker, 65 passed away peacefully on Friday, January 5, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on June 27, 1952 in Brigham City, Utah, a son of Reed Sterling and Blythe Stone Hunsaker. He was reared and educated in Honeyville and Brigham City, graduating from Box Elder High School in 1970. He married Joan Johnson in Las Vegas, Nevada. From this union two children were born Randy Craig and Tammy Hunsaker. Craig and Joan were later divorced. Craig married Donna (My Donna) Hunsaker on September 14, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a member of the LDS church. Craig worked in the sprinkler systems and landscaping industry. He owned his own business installing water lines and sprinkler systems throughout Utah. In more recent years he was employed by the University of Utah. Craig enjoyed hiking, camping, football, stupid movies, spending time with his family and his dogs. Surviving are his wife, Donna; two children: Randy Craig Hunsaker; Tammy Hunsaker; one step son, Rick J. Nelson; one sister, Linda Hunsaker Hammond (Don) Johnston; one brother, Clark (Peggy) Hunsaker. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Reed Sterling Hunsaker, Jr. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City, Utah. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. both at the funeral chapel. Interment will be held in the Honeyville City Cemetery
