Glen Delmer Johnson
Glen Delmer Johnson, died February 16, 2019. He was born on March 20, 1937 in McIntosh Minnesota to Leroy Delmer Johnson and Viola Blevins Johnson.
Glen married Maizie Matsuda Johnson on December 13, 1958 in Carlton Minnesota. They were college sweethearts.
He was educated in the Central High School in Superior Wisconsin. He then attended University of Wisconsin, Superior and Utah State University.
Glen was an educator. He taught at Crownpoint Boarding School in Crownpoint, New Mexico, and the Intermountain Indian School in Brigham City, Utah.
Glen also worked at the Internal Revenue Service where he retired in 2000.
Glen was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Car Club.
Glen is survived by his wife; his son, Cary (Georgia) Johnson; granddaughter, Shilo (Geoff) Hansen; two great grandsons, Lejind & Gavin Hansen.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and 7 siblings.
Per Glen's request there will be no viewing or funeral service. At a later date the family will hold a graveside service to inter his cremains.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Huntsman Cancer Institute or Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Brigham City in memory of Glen Johnson.
