Kathryn Sager

May 18, 1950 — March 10, 2024

Kathryn Jo Sager May 18, 1950 - March 10, 2024 Went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her many family, friends she lost along her amazing life's journey. Kathryn was a magnificent woman anyone was blessed to know her. Her love for her Heavenly Father and her family and friends and their love for her made her a very happy woman and wife and mother. Her life was lived for her Savior and her Family, She always knew she had a debt to pay to her Lord and Savior a debt she has paid in full. She loves people and she loved putting smiles on their faces and making them happy. She never met a stranger and her many beautiful quilts even ones that hadn't been finished were meant for someone and they came with loving thoughts and comfort when she gave them to those in need. She even was crocheting a mat for the homeless out of plastic bags. Her legacy lives in her Husband Ted Sager and her daughters Wendy Walkowiak, Lottie Willis and in her Grand babies LeAnn and Jace. Those grandbabies are her heart and she enjoyed them. And her pup she bought for $20 at a convenience store 5 years ago "Baby" (Gunner) is her baby and helped her most of all through her fight. We all miss her and will always hold her in our hearts and can't begin to think of life without her. She was always present when we needed her. She was always there when we need her. She knew we needed to talk or a pick me up and she would show up or call and amaze us with her Motherly instinct and would always bring Dad drinks or make dinner and bring to his work and have picnics. She loved loving her family. She had a hard life growing up having to take care of siblings a few years younger than herself. She has always struggled with her health always managed to keep doing what she needed to do. And always made sure her family was taken care of. She loved playing softball and being scorekeeper and was very competitive and loved giving teammates a hard time. She was very blessed and proud to help at the temple every week. She said " She felt the Savior's love and she was happiest in the Temple." Mom is happy, I feel her spirit around me even now. She will always teach us and set an example. She is the greatest woman and Mom and wife and Grandma we've ever know or will know. She is a person that leaves a spot open in your heart that will never be filled nor will it ever be. How do you say Good Bye ? What will we do without her, the empty chairs and upcoming holidays and her birthdays and anniversaries. We will celebrate them because she showed us to. We will follow her loving example and feel her near because Heavenly Father knows her heart and she isn't happy unless she is with her family. Paradise is truly greater now that she is there. Probably being serenaded by Elvis and getting a little sun on her cheeks. She is grateful for those in Brigham City who said precious prayers for her and those who gave her a blessing. I can honestly say I'm jealous of the way she is happy with out us, But God knows she deserves every joy and contentment in Heaven. We miss you and love you! Send condolonces to www.gfc-utah.com
