She loved sports and attended Bees baseball, Golden Eagles hockey and Utah Jazz basketball games regularly and followed her favorite national league and college teams on TV. Kouko loved hamburgers and venturing out weekly for lunch with her nieces and friend Janie.
She enjoyed her time and friendships at the Country Park Villas and was very appreciative of the community there and how they looked out for each other.
