LaVerne Marie Rennemeyer, our beloved wife, loving mother, proud grandmother and great-grandmother, entered the presence of her Lord on December 18th, 2022 at Maple Springs of North Logan.
She was born May 1st, 1933 in Clarkson, Nebraska, the daughter of Emil and Adella Kunhart. She graduated from Howells High School and married Melvin J. Rennemeyer in the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Howells, Nebraska on August 16th, 1951. Together, they raised five children.
She was a stay-at-home mother who ran a tight household. She loved her family and enjoyed all of the family gatherings. She enjoyed watching the Denver Broncos, Utah Jazz, and attending all of her childrens' sports and special events.
She spent her free time knitting, embroidering, and reading. She and her husband were avid snowmobilers who looked forward to their annual Yellowstone trips with family and friends.
LaVerne is survived by her devoted husband of 71 years, her children Keith (Rhonda) Rennemeyer, Wayne (Verlaine) Rennemeyer, Kristin (Rick) Walker, Jay (Eleanor) Rennemeyer, Melissa (Jim) Hampton, 18 grandchildren, and 42 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Lloyd, sister Virginia, and great-grandson Jayden.
"When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation, and take me home, what joy shall fill my heart! Then I shall bow in humble adoration, and then proclaim, my God, how great Thou art!"
