Margarita Anna Singh, known affectionately as Margie, was a beacon of warmth and unwavering love. She was born on December 11, 1934, in Bern, Switzerland, she graced this world with her spirited nature for 88 remarkable years. Her hearty laughter and sparkling wit were contagious, and her persistent love for life inspired all who knew her. Margie married the love of her life Peter M. Singh, on December 15, 1954 in Munich Germany. They had a whirlwind romance and a love for each that would last a lifetime. Together they worked to build a home, raise two beautiful children, and create a long lasting legacy for their family. She cherished the moments she spent with her late husband, Pete.
Margie’s zest for life was a flame that never dimmed, and it radiated through every aspect of her life, from her work as a beautician to her time spent with family and friends. She owned and operated Margarita's Beauty Salon in Corinne, Utah. Her salon was not just a business; it was a warm haven where friends were greeted with a genuine smile and left with uplifted spirits. When she wasn’t at her salon, Margie could be found crocheting, sitting on her porch, playing cards, or engaging in a lively game of Yahtzee. She loved to travel and found great joy in spending time with her family near and far.
Margie will forever be remembered by her surviving family: her daughter, Natalie Singh; her granddaughter, Cheri Fifield; her great-granddaughter, Ashley Fifield; and her siblings, Lilly Langbrandner; Franz (Kriemhild); Erwin (Angelika); Oskar (Uta); and Emil Langbrandner. Her spirit will continue to live on through them and their memories of her. She was welcomed into the afterlife by her parents, Emil and Anna Langbrandner; her spouse, Peter Singh; her great granddaughter, Abbigail Lilly Fifield; her son-in-law, Michael Crillo; her son, Mark Wesaw and her siblings, Annie (Joseph) Enzler, Frieda (Joachim) Sickert, and Gerhart (Renata) Langbrandner.
The family would like to thank Linda Norman for the compassion, support, and love she continually showed to Margie. They would also like to thank and recognize the amazing caregivers who work for hospice, Jamie Braegger, Dezirae Kranek, and Brianne Kidd for the tender care and devotion that they provided for Margie.
