Shirley was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a seminary graduate. She served in various callings and spent much of her time in the service of others. Shirley worked at International Harvester in Denver and then at Thiokol until her first child was born. After that, she worked in her home as a mother and loving wife. She loved working in her flower and vegetable gardens. While she was spending time in her rose garden the neighborhood kids would stop and spend time visiting. She delighted in the friendships she made with them. She enjoyed doing ceramics and visiting and caring for her dear lifelong neighbors. Above all she loved spending time with her family. She was greeted by her parents; one brother Russell B. Oldham Jr.; sister-in-law Laberta Jensen Oldham; brother-in-laws Dale Ocken and W.E. Vann. Surviving are her husband; 3 children, Brian H.
