Thomas Vincent Housley
Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Thomas Vincent Housley, 72, passed away suddenly at his home with his family.
He was born on February 5, 1946 in Ogden, Utah, a son of George and Hazel Vincent Housley.
Tom graduated from Ogden High School in 1964.
He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.
Tom married his sweetheart Judy Green on Dec. 5, 1970 in Tremonton, Utah.
He retired from Fresenius Medical Care in 2016, after 43 years of service.
Tom loved his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley Davidson. He loved cleaning his trucks and going to Car Shows.
Surviving his sweet wife, Judy; three children: Gina Hancock, Cindy (Todd) Thomas; Blake (Abby) Housley; nine grandchildren, Zackary, Wesley, Jacey (Haydn); Colby, Gage, Cooper, Trevor, Hailey and Bridger. Also surviving are three siblings, Aaron Housley, George Housley and Judy Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City, UT.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the funeral chapel.
Interment will be in the Willard Cemetery, where military honors will be accorded by the Combined Box Elder Veterans Honor Guard. Send condolences to www.gfc-utah.com.
